Product Description
Full Automatic Facial Tissue Paper Packing Machine
(Model number: TP-A60 / TP-A70 / TP-A80 / TP-A100)
This machine is for packing Soft Drawing Facial Tissue, Napkin Paper, and Square Paper. This machine uses imported Omron electrical components and Panasonic servo motors to complete the packing process, thus achieves the synchronization of supplying, pushing, filming, motioning, sealing and cutting speed. This machine also can carry out capacity adjustment.
Main performance and structure features:
1. Adopt packing method by wrapping, folding and sealing with compact structure and high product appeal.
2. Adopt auto-putting conveyor, easy to connect with the automatic production line to save the labor cost.
3. Adjustable large touch screen panel simplifies the operation. It can be programmed to memorize different products' technical parameters and adjusted easily to accomplish the task of packing different products features.
4. The reciprocating automatic flap device makes tissue paper tidy.
5. Special pusher has overload protection function, durable.
6. Flexible packing range, different sizes can be changed easily.
7. The photoelectric eye can automatically detect the film to make sure that the film will not move without tissue in order to save the packing film maximally.
